COLLEGE INFORMATION
ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE
Students are accepted on the courses on receipt of the completed application form. Admission is by interview for some courses. Early application is advisable to secure a place on your selected course.
MATURE STUDENTS
The College welcomes mature students who would like to retrain to improve their employment prospects.
Mature students may avail of the Vocational Training Opportunities Scheme (VTOS) or the Back to Education Initiative (BTEI)
FEES
The Dept of Education & Science has abolished fees for PLC courses. The fee abolition applies to tuition fees and specialised equipment only. Fees for examination/certification will continue to be charged to students, as well as for a range of other activities provided for or engaged by, the students.
Service Fees are payable for Beauty & Complimentary Therapy courses
MAINTENANCE GRANT SCHEME
The Dept. of Education & Science provides maintenance grants for eligible students attending full-time courses in this College. Eligibility, income limits and application details are available from the Co Dublin VEC.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Relevant Work Placement is an integral part of all courses. Many students secure permanent employment from their period of work experience.
CAR PARKING
The College will issue a permit to students with cars to enable them park in the College Grounds
CANTEEN FACILITIES
Light snacks are available in the College Canteen.
GUIDANCE AND COUNSELLING
The College has trained personnel available for students to access as needed.
